This seemed to be a double side band signal with no carrier.

On and off with some tones, then on with music. Possible ID by what sounded like a synthesized OM voice at 0342z, but difficult to tell what was being said. Into more music, hard rock?

OM synth voice again at 0438z. ID? "reception reports may be sent to the usual email address".

Here is a recording of the sign off announcement, perhaps someone can decipher the ID: http://www.hfunderpants.com/mypics/UNID_11032012.mp3

I can't turn the volume up enough at my desk (at work) to make out the voice, but the music sounds like The Specials.

I agree on the Specials. "Radio Free ---" but my ears/brain aren't good enough for the last word. Maybe Bag?

Whatever it is, it's the "world service".   The Radio Free B-- -- seems like a two-syllable word at the very end of the broadcast.  I did pick out "place your head firmly between your knees, and kiss your --- goodbye,"  I think.  At least I've convinced myself that's what it sounds like.

It sounded to me something like "Free Radio Babylon", although that does not quite fit in with all that is said.

I did a web search, and there is a Radio Free Babylon web station, but the site seemed to imply that they were inactive.

I hear Radio Free Bad, if that helps any.  Also, that accent sounds British to me.  Is there a Europirate or relay of a station by that name?
