Out of Botswana in English @ 17:24 UTC.  Target unknown.  ID @ 17:30  YL Hosting a news program on the Taliban, Afghanista, etc.   YL then commenced an interview program at 1735 with various guests.

SINPO:   2-3-1-3-2. 

Loads of QRN but intelligible .   Not listed in EIBISPACE or SKYWAVE, only of SHORT-WAVE.INFO
