A kind of religious broadcast seems to repeat the same words over and over, possibly biblical quotes. Ongoing brodcasting , heard via Twente web sdr

This is most likely a case of what we at the HFU refer to as "Hams Behaving Badly" vs a pirate broadcast (though sometimes the difference can be less than clear).

1824z: Not hearing anything there on my end now. That type of ham is also known as a "lid".

I just hope he wasn't a certain Canadian some of us may remember.  ::) ::) ::)

What you are hearing is hams acting poorly.  7.200 LSB Phone has been a problem now for the past 3 years.,
The FCC says that they are working on it, but just as fast as you get rid of one group, another group comes along just as bad as the previous group.
I tried to help get rid of those people, but there is not a lot you can do until someone knocks on their door and serves them a warrant for their arrest.
