0350Z Have an incredibly weak carrier on the waterfall. But, can't tell if that's UR or someone else. Have been seeing this previously in the past few weeks.

Positive ID at 0353z and maybe into Lynyrd Skynyrd.  Tough copy right now, the channel seems busier than usual tonight.  After a very long fade, coming back up again at 0416z with "Calm Like a Bomb" by Rage Against the Machine.
