This morning Q 7999.0 khz S5 into KFS omni antenna  lots of OHR
but CW punches though clear as can be.

7998.92 is coming in fair right now on the KFS Omni, especially when the radar is not running

Rock solid copy s5 on peaks 7999 khz and time was 00:10 utc

Heard Q last night around 2330Z.  Long, deep fades, almost LF-like and weak, on KPH HF antenna.

caught Q 7999 khz on a Hawaiian SDR this morning right at grey line.
