Slightly off frequency, copying both here at home QTH and on KPH kiwi SDR in California. Strong signal, Spanish or possibly Italian music. No broadcast station listed for this frequency at any time but seems to be broadcast quality, not a pirate, but logging here due to frequency.

weak here, had some morse code @ 0217 but i missed most of it - ended with 'CHE'. 
0219 - hearing bits of music in the noise

Hearing it on my local SDR in the NW, but there is a high noise level on this frequency. The signal is S6-7 in AM.

Hearing it via the Weiser, Idaho, SDR as of 0227 UTC ...

Sounds like Mexican music, with a YL talking briefly in Spanish in between songs.

0235 UTC: Signal took a huge drop, just barely above the noise now.

Now listening via the Northern Utah SDR ...

0243 UTC: Female-voiced ID in Spanish. I don't know Spanish, and I didn't catch what exactly she said.
