SINPO - 22422, fair signal, moderate QRN, heavy local RFI.

Off or faded out by 0120z, with Dead Cat Radio on between 0129-0136 UTC, then Sycko back on at 0137z with ID, Uncle Bob hooting "How many times I got to tell ya, if it ain't got tubes it ain't worth a sh*t!"
0150z: Sycko, Uncle Bob and the gang clucking around.
