This seems to be several related transmissions.

The first was at 2311z, with some instrumental music, then an OM talking, and into part of Walking in a Winter Wonderland, off at 2314z.

The second was 2315-2316 "The following is a short talk for ... from the bridge 1NC. 1 2 3 4 5 4 3 2 1"

The third was 2317-2318, and sounded like an OM and YL talking.

The fourth was 2323-2325, "Hello sister, I hope that you are doing well..." It sounded like he was reading a letter?

The fifth was 2329-2331, sounded much like the previous transmission, although it seemed to be a little different.

The sixth was 2334-2335, "What can I do for you, brother?"

Does this sound like Brother Stair?

In the fourth one he is talking to a woman, and you can barely hear her.

It doesn't sound like Brother Stair to me, the man's voice sounds younger.

I listened to the first and fifth clips; it sounds like somebody is trying to parody numbers stations and radio preachers. If you listen closely, the man is trying to over-enunciate the beginnings of his sentences, almost like he is a non-actor in a bad stage play. Notice the first song is "Christmastime is Here" from the Peanuts Christmas special; maybe it's some sort of weird parody of that?

I stand confused.

Checking the SDR recordings... Heard again at 0014z today the 5th.

You're right, it sure does sound like a parody. Whoever it was, the signal was pretty good, S9+ here on peaks.

An eQSL would always be appreciated :-)

Now they are talking about "coalition forces" and the man tells the woman that he is a woman (?).
It sounds like an experimental play about the second US-Iraq war.
