0025 UTC singing and music, sounds Spanish, commentator comes on in between songs, I heard this hear last night also

Heard here as well. Weak above the noise but did have a male in what sounds Spanish saying something between songs at around 0030 UTC.

I had previously logged a few minutes of this station on New Year's eve before it went off the air (https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,91033.msg291089.html). Excellent signal here now (55444). I think I'm hearing announcements of the time on each minute.

Signal good at Maryland, also being heard at BC Canada with more noise

I'm pretty sure the language is Portuguese, NOT Spanish. (I used to be fluent in Spanish, and I can barely understand a word of these announcements. Plus, most if not all of the selections are Brazilian, which is a Portuguese-speaking country.)
