1412 UTC can hear talking & possible music just above the noise level
1413 UTC ID Pirate Radio Boston heard or mention
1418 UTC switch to Washington D.C SDR for a little better reception song "I F&%k you"
1420 UTC talking about pirate radio broadcast / Various radio stations if Capetian Ganja.
1424 UTC playing a old radio show
1428 UTC OM still playing other pirate radio stations broadcast
1434 UTC song playing too much noise to id
1436 UTC OM talking signal into the noise now or off the air
1438 UTC playing and someone repeating a station id This is ?? Radio then off the air  :'( :'(

This was mostly just a carrier here with occasional bits of unreadable audio in the noise :(
