I have this Chinese station on now with a fair signal.  Usually, it can be heard for a half hour or so.  The Shortwave Broadcast Schedule data bases gives for this frequency, SOH X, Wong Zi Sheng.  Male/Female announcers giving the news, I think.  This is a good example of gray line propagation since it is sunset for me and sunrise for the station.  It is listed as 1 Kilowatt station.
