XW - The Workshop is running right now. Confirmation?

Allegedly the Russian XW "Workshop" station is running right now, either on 4330 or 5430 kHz. I can't get it in; can anyone confirm?

Station will sound like a machine shop with occasional Russian voices.

Oddly, I thought I heard it the other day... Perhaps it is back - I hear nothing as of 15:44UTC on either freq though

The guy on Reddit who mentioned it lives in England and it was running on 5430. It's very hard to catch the Workshop because it appears so rarely.
