Sounds like a recording of the old Lincolnshire poacher, with numbers by a british YL, S6 to S7 @ 0110

Tuned in since 0103, thought it might still be Clever Name but the Lincolnshire Poacher came in at 0106 and that's not really Clever Name's style. Still reading numbers as of 0110.
0113 just switched to Swedish Rhapsody station. Probably Conet Project recordings.

0130 The Backwards Music Station, Conet Project
0133 seems to be off the air

Tuned in at 0110utc, on Normal IL sdr, S7 signal, woman giving numbers in groups of five then funny interval tune, some beeps with background noises then electronic music,

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. This station is playing recordings of several numbers stations, including E3 (Lincolnshire Poacher), V2 (Spanish) and ?? (German - I'm not familiar with this one). SINFO 45254 (signal app. S8).
