I have logged this Ch28 music in the morning for a couple of days now, plus IIRC, I have heard it other mornings in recent times during casual 11m skims.

I suspect it originates from here in Florida, as it seems like groundwave, but it is low power and/or distant enough to barely be above any DX present.
