2027 - Mx, kinda sounds like The Pixies, S6/7. SIO322, QRN
2031 - TV/movie audio clips, sounds like. Little 2 second windows where it clears.
2040 - SSTV, wasn't ready. Any catch the mode?

Is that SSTV? It was above and below 6970?!

2027 UTC SIO 322 QSB and near noise level.
2028 I can tell there is music playing but can't make out song.
