UNID 6950.0 kHz USB 22:18 UTC 17 FEBRUARY 2022

22:18 UTC - UNID just popped up with interval signal. Weak but readable;
22:20 UTC - Broadcast begins with music. Has an opera or clergical sound to it;
22:27 UTC - Interval signal;
22:28 UTC - End of broadcast.

22:43 UTC - Station returns with interval signal;
22:45 UTC - UNID with relay of "Radio Moscow North American Service" along with given frequencies;
22:49 UTC - Interval signal;
22:50 UTC - End of broadcast.

2243 - An IS of some sort? Repeating musical tones, S5, SIO 333
2245 - OM spkg in EE, just above QRN. Listing frequencies. "North American service to the east coast..."
2246 - Sounds like the same mx/song played earlier. S5, SIO 322-333, noise is just a bit heavier than before.

Good reception S5 via Milford PA sdr as days out west dwindling

2124 Possibly Russian music?, Shazam can't ID.  Hopefully this is not a spy station with (ahem) marching orders... :-[
2127 IS....maybe former Voice of Russia, after online check it was Radio Moscow IS

Caught this moments before it went off air with what sounded like some sort  of IS with bells and chimes.
Just a boy with his radio and some wire.
