Amazing hearing Helliniki Radiophonia S9+ SINPO 55555 with my MLA30+ just 5 feet off the front of my condo. Broadcasting from Avlis, Greece.
Currently Greek classical music being played. Using wide bandwidth for fidelity.

I hadn't heard from them the last few days and feared the worst, but after reading I tuned in and have a very decent signal in NY.  Glad to hear they're still trying!

Saturday 2/26/2022, 2200 UTC, very good signal into Denver (about SIO 444). Traditional music with a woodwind instrument (clarinet or something similar) dominant.

The usual 9420 KHZ @ 21:27  UTC .  S9 + 10 Grecian music with male vocals.   Some fluctuation with very minor  QRN bursts.   I see shortwave-info. shows VOG has dropped power down to 150 KW from the 170 KW they've used for years.

A very reliable xmit. caught with my antenna crawling up high near the ceiling in my residence every night. Seems I read they're gonna quit broadcasting soon. Will miss it even though...gotta do this: "Sounds Greek To Me".  ::)
