(Late post/no internet @ QTH)  :o
OK! Seriously You Guys, @ around 3:58 DST/2358GMT heard on 6.960 a two way chat In English between a "W7T4" & another someone about  (I kid u not) "...troop movement...", & the real kicker was the signal was fairly strong & no fading.
Maybe I missed a previous post on this? Will be lookin' forward to responses this Tuesday.   :o

I just posted about a signal I heard on 7.615 calling Red Dragon. I barely made out what might have been a call sign of W3TN. Could they be connected? It was definitely in North America.
