1607 reading news (?) in unknown language, 1613
later blank or trace only, again at 1950
2036 W is translating in Slavic language what someone in the background is saying in unknown language (too weak in the background). That's about Ukraine !
2044 the talking in the background seems to be in English.
(Could be a relay from the UN talks ? )
2048 with 'NATO' several times

Just the frequency and weak signal from Indy Radio ??

Indy Radio on 6931 is now ONLY relaying Radio Ukraine 1, in Ukrainian language
