If I sweep by on SSB I can detect the carrier. If I listen on AM I hear occasional waves of music then QSB. I can't pick out voices and thus I can't ID but there is definitely someone transmitting there.

I'm hearing the same as Jolly Roger. Been hearing it for a while now but rarely any usable modulaton.

5:35z  I'm still detecting a carrier on freq.  After many hours of listening to static I start to hear things ... but I swear I'm still hearing bits of occasional audio.
