VOA via Saipan
« on: March 02, 2022, 1436 UTC »
11570 KHZ @ 14:20 UTC in Korean targeting Far East.   Highly strung YL hosting a series of interviews with various male guests.  From 14:23 to 14:25 there was an unidentified  signal - an English narrative OM. No idea on the interfering signal as it was barely discernible.
VOA signal deteriorated considerably starting at 14:29 with considerable fluctuations by 14:35.

(14:37 Z  11570 khz 3 Feb  23).  23232 Via Agignan Point . Korean Service
