          Sounds like audio of news pgm, mix of YL and OM voices.
0034 - SIO 222, w/ brief spikes of 332 through staticy mess.

Oh well. Something there but nearly zero copy on whatever it is.

That's Ukrainian Radio,
relayed by Spanish station Indy Radio (the location of that SW relay is unknown)
