4069.43 KHz Dasher with a strong second harmonic at 8138.86 and it's night time only  3/10/2024

I love that, it's a strong audio on that one for me. Love the interesting choice of frequency. Is it a pirate or just some maritime buoy thing like happens on the 160m band sometimes?
