00:20 UTC - UNID broadcast, presumed Cuban, loud and clear at S8 and clearly out of band. Perhaps another one of those strange harmonics created by high solar flare activity. Current SSN: 124, Kp: 5.
00:37 UTC - Off air on 11180.0 kHz.

Found the same Radio Habana Cuba programming on 5040.0 kHz AM and 11760.0 kHz AM.
