I ran the SDR recording from 4000-4200 for a few hours this morning, and here's what I heard:

4079.56 1038z TMP38
4094.49 1032z X
4096.28 1048z Hexie - Fairly weak
4096.59 1045z Kelsie - Very nice signal
4102.28 1032z W Windy - Once again it does not seem to be very windy
