 Clear tonight into N.E. Wisconsin. on 11.253 usb. with flight weather reports. at 0:325 utc. No fade on the JRC NRD 345.

Hi there !  I have a good receiving  on that frequency too , you  can also try on  5.450  ( RAF VOLM. ) or  a real teaser maybe  , 5.687 (  GAF ) .
