Tuned in at 2329utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with fair S9 signal, heard music then woman saying "you are tuned to chil radio international, we have more music" then more soft instrumental music, at 2338 woman saying "you are tuned to chil radio world service in the 31 meter band, please enjoy the (couldn't understand that word)", more instrumental music,

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. Audible, though just barely as of 0034 UTC, out here near Seattle with a Bee Gees song.

I heard the synth YL voice around 0038 UTC, then a bit more, then the signal seemed to go abruptly off around 0040 UTC.
