Been hearing CW on this frequency for a little while now. Not sure what it is, it is rather weak, and difficult to copy. I copied a mention of "FUEL LEVEL" which reminds me of another mystery CW station: http://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,9042.0.html

Also some CW on 6986.87, and some sloppy hand sent CW on 6820.8.
