Tuned in at 2320 and heard the sign-off six minutes later. 35443 in Wyomissing.  3000 Hz fit nicely.  Closed with "73, have a good night."

2319  Rock music (none familiar to me) with significant pauses between tracks.  ID, QSL e mail address X3 and other ID's by synth YL voice.
