Heard this last nite: 0219utc, 6.930usb. signal very strong, something about weather tips, Will Snyder, mixing programs, vinal, control your digital music, 0222utc., "Pirates in the News"... "Blue Ocean Radio" id. @ 0229; signal suddenly fading to gone in less than 10 seconds @ 0231utc.  :o  Wazzup with that?
