WBCQ is a legally licensed shortwave station located in Monticello, Maine. WBCQ is owned by Allan Weiner, who has a long association with pirate radio stations and pirate operators. Weiner operated the infamous Radio Newyork International in 1987. WBCQ broadcasts on 5110, 7490, 9330, and 15420 KHz.

The FCC made WBCQ vacate their original out-of-band frequency 7415 kHz on Oct 24, 2011, to make way for a Civil Air Patrol fixed communications system on 7416 kHz.
