WDOG moved up the band 10kHz to 6960 USB still pretty goood signal here in Mosinee, WI

To add what was said above, I'm copying them at first average, but the signal has come up 0302z, modulation increase. too. At 0300z the signal moved down to 6955, then moved up to 6957 and finally back to 6960.

Came on 6960am soon after Ballsmacker went off, tuned in on Brookfield WI sdr with fair/poor S9 to S9+10 signal, songs from 1980's and 1990's, WDOG ID and dogs/wolves howling,
