At 17:35 utc, Smithers on 8992 usb GHFS.  This is Smithers standing by for traffic.  Repeats.   This is Smithers out .at 1737utc. 
Note:  the guy on mike sounded just like Smithers from the Simpson's.   Had to post.  Laughing, thinking, is this a pirate station spoof? Obviously military.
17:50 Smithers rocking EAM stream. S6 but readable.
All stations this is Smithers...stand by.  Kilo, Juliet, Sierra, Alpha, Quebec,  Homer, Homer,..... D' oh!
Strong signal on 11175 at 18:05.

They've had children read the phonetics in the past as well as used Mario sounds.

Thank you Josh. Interesting. I recall receiving the Yosamite Sam test transmissions several years ago. I believe it was traced to New Mexico.

Yosemite was alleged to be sigint op training fyi. Now that I think of it mebbe the mario tones were for a skyking, hard to remember everything when you're as old as I am.
