Exact frequency is 9289.87 kHz. S5 with the PY2-81502 KiwiSDR in Brazil.

1612 UTC-Station ID jingle, Radio Casa?
1613 UTC-Next Unknown Music
1616 UTC-Station ID, still not sure
1617 UTC-Next instrumental music
1619 UTC-Jingle
1619 UTC-Unknown Music
1628 UTC-Definite ID

Based on the list at the top of the Latin American Pirate board this is probably Rádio Araucária.
