The relaying station is probably a Radio Hooligan, so wouldn’t this belong in European Pirates and Private Stations?

   2826 kHz is a section of the HF band with numerous Volmet stations.
   I thought that Ukraine allocated one of the transmitters for the rebroadcasts of Radio Lenta.
- If it is broadcast by hooligans, we have adopted non-music transmissions in the "Others" thread.
  An example is  Rurik Radio UA on 7055 LSB radio fighter against Russian invaders.
- today the Kiwi receiver in Minsk BY is unavailable, would they order it to be turned off?
