  tonight  they are densely and loudly there on 100 meters

Just checked on 3130 and found nothing there. BTW, I understand the harmonics for AM, but not for SSB signals.

     Most of them have nasty AM modulations and sometimes I wonder if it's not SSB.
 You are right about the harmonic AM and if it was a USB, I withdraw my guess!
SSB modulation is usually used by them below 3.0 MHz.
So at 2320 there was nothing there on 3130.
