1021 carrier (at home and at Weston SDR)
1023 D pop (too much noise at home), 1026 next song, audio off,
1028 D pop
1034 killed by digi UT centered right on 6285,
1043 the same , but suddenly a peak with music (at home), digi is still there
UNID, BETTER MOVE !

edit : later, Free Radio Victoria is on 6285, but this UNID seems quite different

edit : not Scotland either (lacking power !)

Initially I thought it sounded more like white noise, as if they were using a VHF link which was dropping out. But I think it is a utility directly on top.
Own rx and aerial. I use my ears to identify music, so titles may not always be completely accurate.
