Radio Algérienne 17600 AM 1830 UTC 05 SEP 2022

I am listening to 17600 AM, I have tried to identify frequency with no luck.

Sounds like Indian/Arabic Pop,  no identification made in 20 mins I have been listening.

Best signal strength was S-7 here in Baltimore.

1853 but now some waltz in unknown language
1858 raï  (pop music from Algeria)
1900 time pips, talking with music background, news ?
1903 M+W hosting, the audio is so-so, seems in Arabic
then two men about music instruments
(with 'le piano à queue',etc..  in French)

Maybe Algeria radio ? but the audio is low !
1912 more and more words in French amidst Arabic
definitely some Algerian origin (maybe in France)

When Algeria isn't under too strict of a regime,Radio Algerienne can be good listening.
