Good reception, English service.  Started hearing broadcast in fades at 0955, noise/fades disappeared at 1006.

1006 Regular "Saturday Night" request host with interview with YL on phone, surprised no music.  :(
1016 Music has started but a tune I can't ID.

You mean hams, don't you? About the time 40 meters starts to get good from Asia and the South Pacific, those radio hooligans show up.
