2221 - Whispering OM on the mic, with a story about a man who goes to visit "L. Ron Hoover of the First Church of Appliantology". Into Frank Zappa (I believe). SINPO 35344 on an SDR in Ohio.
2226 - "This is The Central Scrutinizer." Some weird story about somebody who learned to speak German with some sort of fanatasy about objects spinning around the room.
2231 - Whispering OM: "This is The Central Scrutinizer. Joe and his date are going back to his apartment." More Frank Zappa, I believe.
2240 - "Cluck, cluck, cluck", followed by Easypal (image below) then SSTV (which I missed). I believe that this is Thunderchicken.

2247 - The Central Scrutinizer continues with the story of Joe, interspersed with Frank Zappa tunes.
2330 - I noticed they moved down to 6919 KHz at some point.
