1724 Discussion between YL and OM to transition music
1725 OM giving report from afar
1727 YLtalking with another OM who is on phone
1743 Conversation between 2 OM's
1748 YL talking but reception getting noisy with fades

Lousy signal 21580 khz in French at 1732 utc  (12:32 cdt local) to Central Africa.  YM announcer hosting talk.  Dreadful  QSB.
