2210 I can't tune in DSB but getting audio of some kind, weird music. Fairly weak.
2326 Still there with same music loop, sounds something like the Jaws theme. A little stronger, above the noise.

It doesn’t look or sound like Double Sideband Suppressed Carrier to me, just very poor Amplitude Modulation. I have observed that Brazilian pirates often have poor AM modulation.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Hermes Lite 2 with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet.

It could be a case of negative modulation with them. Crank up the audio source and think that will fix it and the worse it's going to sound.
