Very weak S7 with the Pardinho, Brazil KiwiSDR. S3 carrier only with the Brasilia, Brazil KiwiSDR. Probably a harmonic of a licensed station on 810 AM, although a pirate is not impossible either.

2245 UTC-Talk by male announcer, sounds professional

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.
