Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Hermes Lite 2 with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet.

2155 UTC I have a weak carrier with some threshold audio here. I am of the opinion that this is a Latin American operation.  :-\
QSL's to poorbrookking >at< aol.com are greatly appreciated! All reception and postings using My radio, my antenna, and generally in real time(excluding posting of SSTV pics and recordings).

Just checked KiwiSDR’s in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and the Caribbean Netherlands and didn’t find even a trace of a carrier. Weak but readable in Europe. If this is Latin American, why is there no signal there? I think it is from Spain. The reception and music seems to indicate so (I know the music is Argentine but there is no signal there, best in Spain).

2255 UTC It's certainly possible! I'm only guessing at this....I made a rare incursion into the world of online SDR's and I'm not hearing it on any of 5 Spain kiwisdr's checked. It is audible on the EA8BFK Canary Islands kiwi, at times quite good. Also doing well on the Ireland North West 1 kiwi

Yes, I was hearing it there earlier. Also heard on a receiver in the French Alps. I was going to see if I could run a TDoA (although I can’t post it here of course) but it went off the air before I could. However, I am 110% sure it is not Latin American.

I suppose the best thing for all would be if the station ID'd and gave an email address for reports...  :)

Several years ago there was an Italian station on shortwave called Radio Tango Italia.

I was checking my blog for when I last heard Tango Italia and found this posting from 2019:
https://shortwavedx.blogspot.com/2019/10/mystery-of-tango-station-on-6980-khz.html

A mystery tango station had been heard in 2019 on 6980. I'd contacted Tango Italia and he replied to say it wasn't him as he only uses 48 metres.
