Audio from a commercial station, tough to make out the call, it sounded like CKLW, mentions of Charlie Van Dyke and of the Motor City, so CKLW seems likely, apparently he was on the air in the 60s and 70s.

Wow, CKLW, that's a blast from the past.  Used to listen to them, along with WIXY 1260, when I was a kid.  I can even remember their old jingles, LOL.
