Techno and rock music. Male announcer but hard to make out what he's saying due to a Stateside pirate on 6930 LSB.

For a station that's supposed to be running 15 watts, this is the second weekend in a row I've heard something on their frequency. Partial ID at 22:39utc. that sounded like "You're listening to Indy Radio."  fading up and down.

Westminster, MD. KIWI SDR 250 ft. V-beam aimed at Europe. SIO 222

Exact frequency is drifting around 6931.07 kHz. S7 with the Candy Islands KiwiSDR.

Typical offset, music, and language for Indy Radio so I have no reason to doubt it is them.
