Great signal  ! Peter Gabriel "big Time " on now ,

Mention of Waterford Radio ,could  be a relay ,I am not familiar with them . English accents heard 

Signal getting louder. 8)

Fair copy here with slightly muffled audio. Heard Britain Radio International ID with OM op reading mailbag type program and listings of europirates heard. Guessing it's a relay since this isn't a BRI freq.

Noted on the SDR recording from about 0101z, with an extremely faint signal. It was slightly better near the end of the transmission, say starting around 0120z. Off at 0128z.
