I recall back around 2014-2015? there was a station on 43 meters with random interval signals...NOT WLIS though.

Time to call it a night here...thanks for the hazy trip down memory lane when the shortwave bands were jam packed with all kinds of stations all around the world! The 1980's were an obsession with me...sad to see it's all gone.
A QSL would be very much appreciated! Sadly, that is another lost art from the golden days of shortwave.
