I have this an excellent signal (S9 + 12) on 6865 USB.  It appears transmitting on two frequencies with Radio XFM Shortwave.  Playing Elton John.  Thanks for show.  Id given as both XFM and Radio Illuminati.
0100 Starting to fade.  Nice music  being played.
