13710 khz @ 16:45 utc in Arabic.  Very marginal with strange noisy interference  and prominent fading.

SINPO: 2-1-1-1-1 on the ICOM R75.   Nothing at all on 9885 or 9790.

13710 much improved to 4-3-3-3 by 17:56Z
